Foi lançado do novo OpenSuse Leap 42.1 e Tumbleweed e diga-se de passagem uma das melhores distros já lançadas. O novo OpenSuse é baseado no core da Suse Enterprise e trás o ajuste perfeito entre estabilidade e atualizações recentes ideal para desenvolvedores e sysadmins
Se por um lado o Leap visa a estabilidade, o Tumbleweed trará o que que há de mais novo relacionado a pacotes e versões do kernel, tudo isso, segundo os desenvolvedores, sem perder a estabilidade.
Eu já instalei o Leap no meu laptop, pois gosto muito da versão mais estável e ele está voando, esta mais leve até que a versão anterior.
O pessoal do OpenSuse além de trabalhar duro também tem senso se humor, olha só o vídeo abaixo com uma paródia da música Uptown Funk, ficou muito legal, vou postar a letra logo abaixo do vídeo (Live patching hallelujah).
